ARF Study and Work in the United States Program:

In our ongoing commitment to promoting US strategic interests in Africa through people-to-people engagement and technology transfer while addressing poverty by creating employment opportunities for deserving individuals from Africa and the Caribbean, we are delighted to introduce our ARF Study and Work in the US Program.

Program Overview: The ARF Study and Work in the US Program focuses on highly motivated students in the fields of social sciences, mathematics, engineering, and medicine. We are seeking aspiring medical doctors, nurses, scientists, and professionals in high-tech industries to study in the United States and return home to make a significant impact on the transformation of African states from consumer-based economies to production and manufacturing hubs.

Key Objectives:

Empowerment: Provide motivated individuals with access to high-quality education and training opportunities in the United States.

Skill Development: Equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen fields and contribute to the development of their home countries.

Technology Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology from the United States to Africa and the Caribbean, fostering innovation and economic growth.

Poverty Alleviation: Create employment opportunities for talented individuals, helping to combat poverty and promote economic stability in the region.

Program Features:

• Targeted Fields: The program focuses on students and professionals in key sectors such as medicine, engineering, mathematics, & nursing.

• Return Commitment: Participants commit to returning to their home countries upon completion of their studies or contract  to apply their skills and knowledge for the benefit of their communities.

• Mentorship: Participants receive mentorship and support throughout their academic journey and upon their return home to ensure successful integration and impact.

• Networking Opportunities: Participants have access to networking events and resources to connect with industry professionals and fellow program alumni.

• Cultural Exchange: The program encourages cultural exchange and understanding between participants and their American peers, enriching the overall educational experience.

Our activities are not dictated by the US government or any foreign entity or entities; however, we collaborate with the US government in compliance with federal laws and regulations regarding immigration and other business operations in the territory of the United States. Applying for our program does not automatically guarantee your participation.

Applicants must be prepared to pay appropriate application and processing fees, as well as all related fees associated with the program. Scholarships and any other support are based on availability and the type of program you are applying for. We encourage everyone to ensure they have enough financial resources to cover the costs of their studies in the United States.

ARF is not a refugee resettlement agency; therefore, we will not tolerate anyone using our program as a means to migrate to the United States. All participants in our program must sign a legally binding agreement with our organization to return to the US following the completion of their program. If you are hired by an academic institution or company in your area of study, your employer must seek a release letter from ARF to grant you the necessary release. Failure to cooperate will result in legal action by ARF, including working with immigration authorities to facilitate removal or deportation. Our goal is to work with law-abiding citizens who genuinely want to take advantage of our programs to make positive impact of humanity  and not lawbreakers.
